Problems normally fall into one of two categories: -
1. Not receiving emails
Problem: If you have registered and not received the email to validate your email address it is probably being blocked by a SPAM filter.
Solution: contact your IT department or your ISP and get them to allow email from spectrum@pilkington.com through the SPAM filter.
2. Once validated you enter your email address and click OK and nothing happens
Problem: This is probably because pop-ups are being blocked by your browser or a third party toolbar.
Solution: Your internet browser or third party toolbar (such as the Google toolbar) should have an option to allow pop-ups for a specific website. The website you need to allow popups for is www.pilkington.com
